My wife got in a traffic jam last night because of that car accident which hapenned just 100 meters from the RFE/RL building. And my colleague became an eye-witness because he left work pretty late, and the accident took place just as he was walking home. It was a Belarusan tourist bus that stopped near the main train station, and the tourists were getting out of the bus when a drunk driver hit the crowd at high speed, seriously injuring a few people and killing one man, a guide from Belarus. He was 35.
