GAME OVER - 2
Hundreds of people were sentenced to 10-15 day administrative arrests today. Courts will be working tomorrow, on a Saturday, which I don’t remember ever happening in Belarus.
More than 100 parents still can’t locate their children. They are worried. Mothers are crying. They’ve been waiting in front of the jail gates the whole day, and nobody gave them any information.
Today people are coming to October square and leaving flowers.
The place where the protester’s camp was is now a parking lot. There are tractors parked there right now.
Police is still blocking the square, which is virtually empty. Policemen also throw away the flowers that people bring.
A French journalist from “Liberation” was just arrested at the October square.

Why don’t you say that former polish ambassador in Belarus was arrested today too?
Polish activities are of higher significance right now,and you don’t give a damn about it.
What about belarussian radio and tv broadcasting from Poland right now??Don’t just show pictures, show what other people do for you.
And the last thing:
come on guys, You call that a revolution? 200 hundred people arrested at one night stand??
Sorry, but it’s just pitiful. There’s got to be 200.000 of you to make revolution work!!
Don’t delete this post,it’s from my heart, with concern.I wish you all the best!

P.S. The French journalist was released several hours later.

Yes, I should’ve mentioned that. This is outrageous.

I think Polish help on all levels is very good. I wish other countries such as Germany, did at least 1/10th of what Poles are doing this days. Dziekuji bardzo. ;)

Are you ordering me what I should or shouldn’t write in my blog?
> come on guys, You call that a revolution? 200 hundred people arrested at one night stand??
1) The number of arrested is 350-450 on that night. And alltogether more than 1000 were arrested on October square in four days. The best people, probably.
2) Did I call it a revolution? Where?

I only delete spam and comments from people that write obvious lies or obscenities (I have some Lukashenka lovers that occasionally leave propaganda-like comments).

Sigh. There’s nothing unexpected in this. Its amazing that it went on for even five days. I think that people need to not underestimate the difficulty of making a ‘revolution of the mind’ in a country like Belarus. All of this is a step above what was being done before. We’ll get there, I’m confident.
And as to what will happen tomorrow…we’ll see.
