Spring is back in Minsk. And another weekend is coming. I just wanted to say that October square has not always been a center of political turmoil, democratic protests, police violence, and a place of inauguration of the lonely dictator… It’s also a fun place where punks, hippies, skate-boarders and other young people like to hang out sometimes.
